All sales made through Bonita Jewelry are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded in any way, shape, or form, including but not limited to refunds via cash, card, or store credit.

NO REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Incorrect order or sizing mistakes
  • Delivery delays or damages (Note: please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and contact us if your item arrives damaged. We will assist with the claims process through our shipping partner.)

EXCHANGES

Since we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we do not offer exchanges either. Please be sure of your choice before placing an order. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, including size, design, and materials, to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and guide you on the next steps. If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will assist in resolving the issue.
